Sylvester Graham

Sylvester Graham (1794 – 1851), riformatore dietetico statunitense.

L'anatomia comparata, dunque, dimostra che l'uomo è per natura un animale frugivoro, fatto per vivere di frutta, semi e vegetali farinacei.

Comparative anatomy, therefore, proves that man is naturally a frugivorous animal, formed to subsist upon fruits, seeds, and farinaceous vegetables.^[1]
