Mentre ci stavamo sistemando [per l'esibizione], uno dei membri dei Disturbed, Dan Donegan, ci continuava ad assillare dal lato del palco. Prima di suonare, Randy (il nostro chitarrista) è andato da Dan a spiegare che i commenti fatti alcuni anni fa erano uno scherzo e a stringergli amichevolmente la mano. Dan a quel punto ha assalito Randy e il loro cantante, David Draiman, ha attaccato Mike Herrara (il nostro tecnico della batteria), il che ha causato lo scoppiò della rissa. Noi vogliamo che tutti sappiano che i Finch non hanno iniziato questa lotta.
