Looking for ways to advertise more Wikiquote, which is already a great resource, but underused. For example, the point 3.1 3.2 together could allow the advertising of a service in order to include a random quotation each day (or every predetermined time period) on one's website, in one's signature or anything. They could then advertise this service among users.
Proposal thrown out: perhaps might be useful look for a partnership with IMDb to move their citations about movies on Wikiquote and then redirect IMDb users to Wikiquote to add quotes in the pages of IMDb. This, would help increase: the amount of quotations about movies (it isn't said to be useful), Wikiquote's reputation (see previous point) and, especially if this point were united with 3.1, the same quality of IMDb which currently takes out a random quotation among those included, but may choose with more criteria and among a larger amount of higher-quality citations.
