Quando la malvagia monarchia zarista viveva i suoi ultimi giorni, ha cercato di incitare gli operai e i contadini ignoranti contro gli ebrei. La polizia zarista, in alleanza con i proprietari terrieri e i [[capitalismo|capitalisti]] ha organizzato i pogrom contro gli ebrei. I proprietari terrieri e i capitalisti hanno cercato di indirizzare l'odio degli operai e dei contadini contro gli ebrei. Anche in altri Paesi vediamo i capitalisti fomentare l'odio contro gli ebrei per accecare i lavoratori, per distogliere l'attenzione dal vero nemico del popolo lavoratore: il capitale. L'odio verso gli ebrei persiste solo laddove la schiavitù dei proprietari terrieri e dei capitalisti ha creato un'abnorme ignoranza tra operai e contadini. Solo le persone più ignoranti e oppresse possono credere alle bugie e alle calunnie che si diffondono sugli ebrei. Questa è una sopravvivenza dell'antica epoca feudale, quando i sacerdoti bruciavano gli eretici sul rogo, quando i contadini vivevano in schiavitù e quando la gente era schiacciata e inarticolata. Questa antica e feudale ignoranza sta sparendo, gli occhi della gente si stanno aprendo. Non sono gli ebrei i nemici dei lavoratori, i nemici degli operai sono i capitalisti di tutti i Paesi. Tra gli ebrei ci sono kulak, sfruttatori e capitalisti, proprio come ci sono tra i russi e tra le persone di tutte le nazioni. I capitalisti si sforzano di fomentare l'odio tra lavoratori di diverse fedi, diverse nazioni e diverse razze. Coloro che non lavorano sono mantenuti al potere dalla forza e dal potere del capitale. Gli ebrei ricchi, come i ricchi russi e i ricchi di tutti i Paesi, sono in alleanza per opprimere, schiacciare, derubare e dividere gli operai. Vergogna per lo zarismo maledetto che torturò e perseguitò gli ebrei. Vergogna per coloro che fomentano l'odio nei confronti degli ebrei, che fomentano l'odio nei confronti delle altre nazioni.
